The WS-50 is a unique lightweight wireless barcode reader which allows hands-free operation for quick and reliable identification of items. Customised specifically for order picking the robust unit is particularly suited to warehouse operations within heavy duty, industrial, logistics and retail applications.

Fitted to the hand by an ingenious strap and enabled with a unique “Multiscan” feature the unit allows a burst of intense barcode reading upon a single activation. The IP54 rated reader also incorporates a Class 1 Bluetooth Radio with a radio range in excess of 100 metres. The scanner which is worn on the hand between the thumb, forefinger and the wrist is light, small and comfortable reducing operator fatigue resulting in increased customer satisfaction.

Easy Triggering – The laser barcode reader can be activated by a slight movement of the device, or by a light touch of its sensitive sensor, thus providing an unmatched comfort-of-use for the operator.
High Autonomy - optimised design allows the WS-50 to work more than 2 x 8 hours without needing to be charged and has the ability to read more than 10,000 barcodes.
Increased Mobility – Equipped with a class 1 Bluetooth radio, the radio range exceeds 100 meters in free field enabling the operator to move freely whilst ensuring the data is updated in real time.
Intensive Identification - The WS-50 comes with a unique "Multi-Scan" feature that allows, upon a single activation, a burst of barcode reading. Consequently the order picking is boosted and tiredness is highly reduced.
Reliable Identification – Fitted with a true laser engine for barcode reading, the data capture is realised without an error, which makes it possible to reach a very high reliability level for the order picking, and increases the end customer satisfaction.
